2. Procession of Incoming and Outgoing Prefects

Both groups of prefects may march in formally and take designated positions to signify the transition.
3. Outgoing Prefects’ Speeches

Selected outgoing leaders (such as the Head Prefect) share their experiences, challenges, achievements, and words of advice for the new leaders.
4. Handover of Leadership Instruments

Symbolic items such as badges, files, keys, sashes, or the school flag are handed over from outgoing to incoming prefects.
5. Oath of Office / Swearing-In

Each incoming prefect takes an oath (led by a teacher or administrator), pledging to uphold their duties with honesty, diligence, and integrity.
