A nutritionist will be emphasizing to students the importance of healthy eating habits by encouraging them to consume a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and plenty of clean water. They will equally explain how proper nutrition supports brain development, boosts energy levels, strengthens the immune system, and improves concentration in class. Students should be advised to avoid skipping meals especially breakfast and limit intake of sugary snacks, sodas, and highly processed foods, which can lead to fatigue, poor academic performance, and long-term health risks. By making smart food choices early in life, students set a strong foundation for lifelong wellness.
