Quite a number of activities will be done among which will include;
1. Opening Session
- 
Welcome remarks by the Headteacher or school counselor. 
- 
Introduction of the day’s theme (e.g., mental health, career choices, peer pressure, relationships). 
2. Group Counseling Sessions
- 
Students are divided into groups by class or topic (e.g., S.4 candidates on exam stress, S.1 students on adjustment). 
- 
Discussions on common student issues such as stress management, discipline, relationships, self-esteem, and goal setting. 
3. Guest Speakers / Professional Counselors
- 
Invited experts (psychologists, career counselors, motivational speakers, or clergy) share guidance on specific life issues. 
- 
Topics may include drug abuse, reproductive health, social media habits, coping with family problems, etc. 
4. Interactive Activities
- 
Role plays, question-and-answer sessions, storytelling, and guided discussions to encourage student participation and openness. 
5. One-on-One Counseling
- 
Students with personal concerns can meet privately with a counselor for confidential guidance and support. 
6. Career Guidance (Optional)
- 
Older students may receive focused sessions on choosing subjects, careers, and personal development planning. 
7. Distribution of Informational Materials
- 
Handouts, brochures, or booklets on mental health, career tips, positive habits, and helpline contacts. 
8. Closing Session
- 
Summary of key messages, appreciation of facilitators, and encouragement for students to seek help when needed.
